We will provide you with a comprehensive checklist and the designer you choose to work with will help guide you through the selection of the colour and style of your kitchen cabinets, bathroom etc
Guide to Getting Your Own Custom Home
Budget
Based on the size of the home and the preferred type of finishing materials, we will provide you with a realistic budget for your approval.
Permit Process
Once we review the working drawings from the architect and you approve it and provide us with your deposit, we will submit the drawings and arrange for all necessary permits from the municipality
Update Meetings
we will begin construction as soon as the permits are received. During the construction process, we will provide you with regular updates and discuss any potential modifications to the original plan.
