City Plan & Approval
Kozy homes will make a plan for your future home that is city hall approved and will work as a team with you and city hall to get the final occupancy permit
Construction
After the approval of the budget, the plans will be sent to the local municipal authorities to be approved. The budget will then undergo further refinement and construction schedules will be arranged.
Exterior & Interior
We will follow a strict and efficient schedule to ensure that your home is completed and ready for you on time. We will keep you involved and informed about our progress through weekly updates.
